Dean Zerbe served as Senior Counsel and Tax Counsel for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee under Chairman Charles Grassley from 2001 to 2008. He worked closely with the Senator on extensive oversight of the charitable sector, including colleges and hospitals, and was instrumental in many reforms of the charitable sector that have become law.
